Brent Paul is an artist who captures the quiet beauty of the American Southwest, along with coastal and tropical scenes that offer a sense of escape. Texas-born, and now based in Arizona, Brent draws inspiration from both the rugged charm of his roots and the vibrant landscapes that surround him today. Working primarily in acrylic, his art highlights places that feel calm, expansive, and familiar—like a spot you’ve been or hope to visit. Each piece reflects his love for the natural world and his eye for light, texture, vibrant color, and carefully studied composition.

 

Brent’s earliest memory of art is sitting beside his dad, watching him sketch and paint—an experience that sparked a lifelong creative drive. That passion eventually led him to study Graphic Design at Texas Tech University, where he developed a strong sense of composition and balance that continues to shape his painting style today. Years later, a chance discovery of an old box of brushes—gifted to him from his dad’s collection—brought him back to painting with renewed focus and a deeper sense of purpose.

 

Today, Brent focuses on making original fine art prints that bring a sense of place and peace to the homes they land in. His work is rooted in craftsmanship, simplicity, and a thoughtful approach—made to be lived with, enjoyed, and shared.
